Consists of a booklet of psalms and proverbs. The inside front cover shows "Lord Robert's Message to the Troops," dated 25 August 1914. The inside back cover is signed, and the outside back cover is stamped.
Consists of photograph of a man in uniform and a man in a suit in a garden. On the back of the photograph is written: "This was taken in England just before I come[sic] to France. My Brother who was wounded and discharged now, and of course you will know who the other one is Taken at home for Vivien."
Consists of photographic postcard showing a portrait of a soldier within a frame. The card is titled, "Souvenir of the Great War" and shows the flags of the Allies behind the frame. The frame shows a decorated "119" at the top, and has maple leafs encircling it. Below the frame are drawn a moose, a beaver, woodland, and a crown with "Canada" written on it. On the back of the postcard is written: "To Mr. & Mrs. Beer with best [...] From [G.C.] Arnett. 334 182 119 Canadians Whitley Surrey Aug 4/17"
