This is followed by interviews with Robert Manuel of British Columbia, Arnold Goodleaf of the National Indian Brotherhood, Joe Dionne of Alberta, Doug Cuthand of Saskatchewan, and Francois Paulette, giving a provincial perspective on the idea. The program ends with a summary of the concept of Indian self-government from George Manuel, the head of the Union of British Columbia Indian Chiefs, several sound bites on the theme from unidentified sources, and a program sign off from Bernelda Wheeler.
