- Item consists of an audio recording of three speeches given by Edgar Wardwell McInnis delivered in his capacity as university orator: one delivered to Dr. Murray Ross, upon his installation as President on January 24, 1961, the second a convocation speech from June 3, 1964 and finally a toast delivered to honourary graduates of York University delivered on June 1, 1966. It appears these were recited by McInnis in one sitting to record the speeches for posterity.
