Item consists of an audio recording of several piano lessons. These are performed by Anne Osbourne, Janet [Thom?], Eileen, Rick, and Wint[le?]. There is a brief introduction to the recording by [Edgar Wardwell McInnis?].
Item consists of an audio recording of three speeches given by Edgar Wardwell McInnis delivered in his capacity as university orator: one delivered to Dr. Murray Ross, upon his installation as President on January 24, 1961, the second a convocation speech from June 3, 1964 and finally a toast delivered to honourary graduates of York University delivered on June 1, 1966. It appears these were recited by McInnis in one sitting to record the speeches for posterity.
Item consists of a recording of a press conference with The Beatles in Toronto on 17 August (1966 or 1965). Recording is muddled, with frequent outbursts of laughter, screaming and excited yells from fans and audience members. Recording also includes an interview with two employees of Malabar Costuming in Toronto where they discuss their business, their experience working with theatre companies, opera singers and others and their thoughts about the future of costume design in Canada.
