Seven charges of dynamite caused an estimated $7000 damage to a 20-suite, $200.000 apartment building under construction on Wilson Ave., just west of Avenue Rd. early today. The previous explosions, both in North York, also occurred at apartments under construction. Police believe the dynamiter to be a man who worked or still works for a construction firm."
