Dear Lady Welby,
Pray forgive me for having kept your [letter?] so long. I have been much
pressed with work since term began.

I have been very interested, and am enclosing one or two observations by
way of [?]. I hope this may prove of some little use. I trust that you will
have the [strength?] to go on with your logical studies.

heard rather late. Do you think she would allow me to call on her at this
